I cannot tell from photos. Are the bezels smaller than the current iPhone 11 Pro models?
I currently have an 11 pro max. I thought about getting the regular 12 since many are saying there isn’t TOO much of a difference between the regular and the pro model (other than camera features). I’m also considering not going with the max size this year. Anyone having the same thoughts as me?

This is not quite the question you asked, but if you calculate the difference between the screen width and the width between the outer edges of the phone, then the result is 5.6 mm per side for the iPhone 11 versus 3.5 mm for the iPhone 12. Of course the major difference comes from the round vs. flat edges.

By the way, for the iPhone SE (1st gen) it's 4.4 mm on the long edges. So the iPhone 12 bezels are roughly 1 mm less than that.
