Yes it happens when if first jail role my i5s. Delete the repo of bigboss and then re add and you'll be good to go.

No idea then I did that last night and all is well. How did you re add it?

re install cydia substrate and safe mode substrate worked after that for me

Big Boss still has problems, substrate and safe mode reinstall did not fix it for me.
