Big error in the crossbar?

I bought a macbook pro retina 15 late 2013 with the last option of processor (now is 2,8 ghz), I don't know why it says 2,6 ghz , maybe something changed since july when I bought it...

2.6Ghz was the top spec for you model back then. It's now 2.8.
