Big Problem With My Macbook Pro?

I've been having this big problem with my Macbook Pro lately.
My Macbook Pro has been working perfectly for a year but lately, as I have been taking my laptop to classes for university in Canada in really cold weather, this big problem started a few days ago.

Now, when I use my computer, within seconds to minutes to an hour or 2, the computer freezes with black bars on the screen and then it shuts down, making beeping noises 3 times each over and over. I turn it off and restart it and it then begins to work for a few minutes or hours and then the same problem happens again. Over and over.

Here are pictures of the screen and here is a report I sent to Apple.
Can anyone please tell me what this is?
I am thinking of going to try to get it repaired in the next 2 days when I have time off from school.

The error tone that you are hearing when starting your MacBook Pro indicates that there is an issue with your RAM.

If you feel comfortable doing so, you may attempt to reseat the RAM in your computer by performing the following steps outlined at https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Pro+13-Inch+Unibody+Mid+2012+RAM+Replacement/10374.

If this does not work, you may have a faulty RAM module, in which case you will need to have it serviced under warranty (if applicable), or purchase new RAM and install it yourself.

If at all possible, try and install this free program. It may help narrow down what is causing your problem. Anything shown in red in the report is something that is probably askew on your system and needs to be addressed.
