So here's the problem, my friend installed iWork 09 with a "volume license" and registered it under my name. (he knew the admin password to install stuff cause I use the same password for years). Now I'm scared that apple will contact me about pirating their software. I don't know what to do now...is there anyway I could remove the license for good?

But that would still constitute as helping you pirate. And you can't remove a registration that easy, unless you hack the Apple servers, as it is stored ther in Zero-One.

No I just want to remove the program and the license off the computer. I don't see how that would help me pirate since I have no intention of using it.

    Sorry, I misunderstood.
Best way to FULLY DELETE a program
It will not remove any registration off the Apple servers though.

And don't forget about changing your password.

I just deleted everything, and in the process of buying the entire iWork suite from the Mac app store. Hopefully by doing this, I will not get in trouble =/

You won't get in trouble, there are much bigger fish to catch.
