Hey guys! I am looking for your help! So mainly... I would like to "mod" my iphone 4 (or 4s) to be as efficient as possible. My project aims to renew my old iPhones that they could look great and to, hm, modify the software. I am curious so if you know something, then please help.
Making the new iPhone 4/4s:
- renewing some used parts like the glass, battery etc.
- cleaning the phone from unnecessary data (and there is a big question here IF IT CAN BE DONE)
Why?
I like the design of this phone(s) and I would like to modify them to be ultra clean from the software (programs, applications) that I don't need. Just to make a phone for calling-texting with a workable timer and notes. That's all! And of course I would like to make it as fast as possible (because it's sooo slow). I don't really need iCloud there but I guess it's not viable.
My question
Can I modify iPhone 4/4s (with a jailbreak or something like that)? I want to:
1. Remove preinstalled programs like Safari, etc.
2. Make the iPhone as fast as possible.
3. Remove iCloud (SOMEHOW IDK!).
Soo... When I had android, I used to install other operating systems (like LineageOS or CyanogenMod). Is there something like this for iPhone?
It would be so cool to make this project even if it's hard to do. I will change subsections that are not reliable but I will do anything to achieve what can be done!
