Big Sur 11.5 freezes

11.5 downloads. It then says "preparing". When it gets to "about 15 minutes" left, it freezes. It doesn't go beyond that time.
 
I have exact same issue, I do not see any replies. Any luck finding anywhere else?
 
I did have luck. I have Sophos installed. I had to uninstall it. It then updated. I then reinstalled it.
