Big Sur can't find beta 2

Is anyone else having problems upgrading to the next beta? I grabbed the profile again just in case, but Software Update is not finding anything to upgrade to.

Same here. I get "Unable to check for updates - Failed to download the documentation for the minor update. Please try again later".

I followed Apple's workaround by going to recovery mode, doing the command line thing, no dice. Also removed/redownloaded profile, didn't work. Multiple reboots, shutdowns, etc. I've tried just about everything and it still refuses to see Beta 2. Not sure where to go from here.

Yes, I got this as well . Solved by booting into Big Sur recovery, then re-installed MacOS - updated to latest version, beta 2.

The Terminal command fix is in the release document for beta 1 or download the latest profile from the dev site.

I only had to hit command-R in software update.

Thanks for the article! The Terminal commands was able to make it work w/o having to boot into Big Sur recovery.
