Apple Music big Sur error message....cloud music not updating

for the last few days I can't update my iCloud music library on my MacBook.
I ti stuck on the updating cloud library, with no progress.

and when I rebooted my Mac and tried again I get this message.

I think I have solved the issue,
I had no issues before I installed little snitch, and last night I disabled little snitch and the music app seemed to sync perfectly. so I will need to look at little snitch to put the music app as a always allow access to all network ports and things like that.
