Big Sur have native iSCSI initiator?

It's a long shot, but does Big Sur have a native iSCSI initiator included?

Seems Atto xtendsan 5.51 didn't survive the upgrade... Had to roll back. Anyone else have any luck?

Actually, XtendSAN 5.51 is working on Big Sur, just need disable SIP in advance. But if you have installed it once before disabling SIP, then a clean install of Big Sur is needed otherwise the kernel extension approve pop-up will not shown in System Preference.

Thanks! Yeah, that's exactly what's happening to me when I try to force load the kext in the command line - it says something like "Approve in System Preferences", but it doesn't actually show up in there asking me to approve it...

I don't really want to do a clean install becuase it's always a fight to get all my other applications working again... There seems to be some way to do it through the command line in recovery mode if you know the team ID that made the kext (http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/display/istcontrib/Approving+Kernel+Extensions+for+macOS), but I don't know the Atto team ID... And my unix skillz aren't l33t enough to figure out how to get it from the kext...

This was supposed to be easy!!! 🙂

Ok - so here's what you need to do to avoid having to re-install clean!

1 - Boot into recovery console (cmd + r), open up a terminal
2 - spctl kext-consent add FC94733TZD
(FC94733TZD is the ATTO team ID)
3 - Reboot regularly, open a terminal
4 - sudo /sbin/kextload /Library/Extensions/ATTOiSCSI.kext
(At this point, you'll get the pop-up telling you to approve the system extension. Do this, and then it'll ask you for a reboot)
5 - Reboot - and live the Big Sur dream!

I've tried this way before but din't work. I'll try again later. My MacBook Pro get battery changed today from Apple Store and I need to do a clean install. A little bit obsessive lol. It seems they've changed the keyboard to a scissors one, anyway feels better than before.

I tried again but unfortunately didn't work. When I was done in Recovery and booted normally then load the kext, a pop-up told me that a system extension was updated and needed to be approved in System Preference. However, nothing showed in System Preference. Theoretically the way does work, so it might be a bug or so.
