Big Sur - MBP heating up while charging.

Has anyone else experienced their MacBook Pro (MacBookPro15,2) getting extremely hot while charging? This is while the computer is closed and in standby mode.

Charged it now a couple of times from <10% to 100% and the bottom of the computer is extremely hot. Hotter then its ever been before. The laptop is on a Belkin stand so there is plenty of airflow.
 
I am experiencing my Late 2013 MacBook Pro getting very warm with macOS Big Sur. When the MBP is "on" and the screen is closed and it's plugged in there is a noticeable heat that did not happen with macOS Catalina. And as I use my MBP with Big Sur there is also a lot of noticeable heat under normal conditions.
