I installed Big Sur and I am trying to fix WiFi but the recovery mode is not working. When I press cmd+R it brings me to the internet recovery and from there I cannot disable csrutil.

When I list the disks I do have a recovery volume with 655Mb

Is there a way to fix recovery mode?

Yep. Same issue, when I try to boot on recovery mode it goes to internet recovery and tries to reinstall OSX Mavericks, I also tried to reinstall big sur from an usb, didn't worked. I have a late 2013 13" retina macbook pro

My recovery mode does not work either. HIgh sierra on imac 2011 and mohave on 2012 macbook pro.

Chances are you're not doing everything correctly, step by step. Follow the instructions 1-9 here:

I have one USB keyboard and two bluetooth ones(No Apple keyboard). I noticed that I couldn't bring any of them. I plugged a wired keyboard and it worked. Don't know if it's related to your issue.
