Big Sur Upgrade to 2015 mbp.

No particular issue on use.
The install is problematic, around 3 hours from a local usb storage on a clean install and 2h30 with 0% progress rate (did not shut down while the fans where running).
On use no real problems except for files copy/install:

Only a hardware issue/restriction or is it like windows copy in the early 2000?
Some way to speed this up. It is from a local .dmg to application.

Are you working for apple, seems like the kind of answer: Buy a new Mac it will be better.

Seems there is an integrity protection when you download a file: OK
Seems there is an integrity protection when you copy file(s) to /Applications: NOK
Seems there is an integrity protection when you open an app from /Applications: OK if first one is not done

Same file to external usb HD takes 2 hrs.

And crsutil is disabled, too much integrity protection ?

I'm using an mbp not an Iphone ...
