hey just saw this on another forum. here's the url for bigboss:

    Code:
    http://apt.bigboss.us.com/repofiles/cydia/dists/stable/main/binary-iphoneos-arm/Packages
Apparently every repository URL ends ends with: "dists/stable/main/binary-iphoneos-arm/Packages" ,so you can use this same method with other sources in Pwnage. Hope this helps!

It should be there automatically... I had the same problem as you. To fix it:

    Delete PwnageTool and (Username)/Library/Preferences/com.devteam.pwnagetool.plist.

Reinstall PwnageTool and open it and you should be good to go.

Truth be told, deleting PwnageTool might not be necessary but I just got rid of both of them and it worked for me, so there ya go.
