I'm going to go with the camera in the iPhone 4 and newer. They've all had top notch sensors and lenses(for a phone).

In iOS 2 the App Store was very restrictive. So since it only became what it is today through an additional 5 os updates, that slowly opened it up, I would have to disagree.

But the App Store was a step in the right direction in iPhone os 2.
