Jobs: "Outside of Windows on PCs, it’s hard to see other examples of software and hardware being decoupled and working well together."

That looked pretty painful to say.

Steve -"Man, these two are peas in an iPod, we says"

Weird - the second speech today with Job referencing veggies.

I agree - they're being much too friendly here - Steve is being very, um, Manchurian candidate-ish.

My thoughts exactly :D Methinks that was the most forced politically correct statement of the last century.

The pictures are certainly interesting...

From the look of the notes it's a total love fest...we should all just wait for the movie. Hopefully Heath Ledger, Jake Gyllenhaal and Ang Lee can clear time in their schedules soon.

I guess that should be funny but but I'm not surprised at the civility. Where's the benefit in the two of them getting on stage together and ripping each other and their companies and products, etc. apart? It'd be the equivalent of watching flamers (pardon the pun) and trolls on message boards.

Besides we should be looking forward to new technologies and not back to past grievances.

I do believe we need a contest to put a caption on this picture.

Steve Jobs tries the Jedi Mind Trick (aka the Reality Distortion Field) on Bill Gates and says "You will have Entourage as the first 3rd party app written for the iPhone"

Steve Jobs said:
We don't know how to do maps, search, some of this new stuff... so we partner with those companies that do. It's really hard for one company to do everything.

Well isn't that ironic?:D

hope they put up the video when its over

i second that, too much reading... i'm a visual kinda guy ;)
I kinda like it not fighting which OS is better but more of a discussion. Hopefully they will post the video non-edited unlike the other one.

"Kara: what's the greatest misunderstanding about your relationship with each other? Steve: We've kept our marriage secret for over a decade."

Ha!

Right now would be the perfect opportunity to throw a new, innovative product out. I mean, Apple needs to throw something out there that is substinent, not just YouTube on Apple Tv.
