billed twice for an app store purchase

    Anyone know if there is a contact at apple to get help with a purchase made in the app store? I purchased the Tom Tom app on accident a year or 2 ago but ended up enjoying the app. When I was re-installing apps on my iphone 5 today I got it in the app store again but it charged me again $40!. I used the same apple id I've had for many years. I can not for the life of me find a way to contest or remedy this on their site.

    ok, apparently I have 2 apple IDs I was using them both on my iphone 4. So I have purchased the $40 app on both my apple ids both of which have the same credit card and personal information.

    sigh...

    On Apple.com, go to the Support section and inquire about iTunes Billing. They'll most likely credit your card back.
