Bing banner ad pulls focus to bottom of screen

In the last few days I've seen it at other forums, and now it's here. The Bing banner ad that takes focus and makes the page jump to the bottom at the end of it loading.

ANNOYING!!! - please make it stop. I can't believe MS is getting away with this.

The evilness of this is that it steals focus. For example, I had started typing this post before the page had finished loading, so I wound up typing in the Bing box without realizing it for a moment.

Nasty business.

I got it in both places in quick succession this morning. It's happening on another forum I frequent as well.

I think this is a discussion of the ad.
