I see that there is an offer to get 35% cashback on purchases at att.com through Bing Cashback, but I would assume this wouldn't apply to iPhone 4? Does anyone know for sure if it does or doesn't apply?

I don't see the logic and why upgrades wouldn't work

I will be signing a new 2 year agree ment after having fulfilled my 2 year contract

Yes, although I've seen other posts when searching Google saying it was changed to allow current customers, but I can't find updated terms anywhere.

Soo instead of linking to another forum to a thread with 11 pages, could you verify that you are able to use Cash Back on line upgrades or is it only for new customers?

Bing stopped it a week or two later when they found out people were using it on the iPhones. I would say that for this year it will be almost impossible to get 35% back on the iPhone.
Here is a recent thread about the same the cashback : http://w.slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2073854&page=2

I thought about trying Bank Of Americas Add it Up program. You supposedley get 4% cash back from the Apple Store when you shop through this program.

    2. In addition to exclusions contained in the Microsoft Service Agreement and those included above, the following purchases on www.wireless.att.com are not eligible for Bing Cashback:

    i. iPhone devices, GoPhone (prepaid devices) or Premier corporate customers or employees of Premier corporate customers.
