Bins on dock

I'd like to know how to put the "download" and "documents" bins on my dock. I downloaded them but don't know how to get them on.

Put the icons for each one in their respective directory. Like, for the applications "bin" put that as the first icon in the Applications directory. The icon is really just any old icon which appears first and gives the appearance of holding the other icons.... get it?

I want to only do the 2 stacks ones. Documents and Downloads, but how do I get to like the downloads directory?

Open up that directory in finder and put that icon in....

Right now the first icon in the Applications folder is Address Book (because they are sorted alphabetically). You feel me?
