Birthday Cards (MS Word)

So I'm having some trouble. I'm trying to make a birthday card, where the paper is folded in half from top to bottom. But I'm having trouble getting it right with the way printer prints off. So can someone give me some advice? Or give me a template that works? I'm using MS Office 2004 Student-Teacher edition.
