Birthday gift ideas

So i'm invited to one of my campers birthday, he really wants me to go so i figured i would make an appearance. The question is i should bring a gift, but what to give him. Whats popular with a 2nd grade boys? Should i just give a gift card to toys-r-us (are those still around) what about best buy gift card to get a DVD or something...(how much money should i spend on this)

i agree, a giftcard to somewhere is good, you dont need to spend too much money if theyre in the 2nd grade. i think $10-15 is good.
