Bit alarmed about what I found on Network

I clicked on my Network icon in the finder and I saw this:

Why would it be there? Is it anything to worry about? I only use my laptop at home.

Not sure, but it's definitely a Mac. Do you have WiFi? Is it secured?

Yeah I have wireless broadband. It is secure.
I'm very nervous about this. It wont let me delete it, it says I dont have permission to.

Looked on Netstat (thanks for that tip). I've miss read lan (Lan) as Ian!!!
