i rejailbroke my phone the other day and while reinstalling some applications, i noticed bite sms came up with a message that said i only had a two week trial. what's up with that? what happens after the trial?
i've been using the application for at least 6 months prior to this reinstall, not to send messages, just to edit them.

on a side note, i tried to install Emoji in Cydia, but receive two errors and the app won't install. i'm on 2.2. anyone know why that might be? emoticons show up in the bite sms version.

To state the obvious, with the latest release biteSMS isn't free any more. Buy it or buy some credits.

is there a way to downgrade to an older version?

can you simply uninstall, then reinstall it and get the trial version again?

    do credits expire?

are there a minimum amount of credits?

i'd prefer to have the older version where it's straight up free. but if not could i simply buy 1 credit (or whatever the minimum is) and never use it? IIRC the purpose of the app and the credits are simply to send messages through the app at a cheaper cost than your provider. i could care less and send texts through my provider. the only functionality of Bite SMS i use is being able to delete certain portions of a message. unless there's a new app out there that offers this functionality?

Nope, no way to downgrade. Visit the bitesms.com site for details about purchasing, credits, etc.
