Bite the bullet, changed my MBP HDD

Changed my 15" MBP HDD to WD250 GB. More for the space than the speed so I choose the 5400rpm. Well, I changed it myself and it's really a piece of cake.

Now, the problem is that I moved the original Hdd out as a backup but my mac just wouldn't recognized it. I can see the light of the external casing and can feel the hdd moving tho. Anyone, pls help cos I'm a noob in mac stuff...
