There are a lot of features which I want but quick reply is not one of them. In the settings I have it so that it should open bitesms if I click on a message in notfication centre instead of quick reply but it still opens quick reply.
The other thing is I have the banners turned on instead of a pop up but when I tap the banner it opens quick reply. Can I get it to open bitesms instead of the QR pop up?

what other feature is worth it?

i got bitesms and id like to make the most out of it, but besides quick reply, i don't really see the point in having it.

To each his own. I want it for the timestamps, always opening to list, contact pictures, quick compose, delay sending, retry on failed, status bar icon. Pretty much most features except quick reply.

If I can't get banners to open the app that's fine cause it's not included as a feature but I should be able to click on notfications in NC and have them open the bitesms app like it says in the settings.

Edit: just got a reply from bitesms saying it's fixed it release 6.2 out via beta on their forum

I'll give it a go. I already paid for bitesms and I like it except for these 2 things which are annoying me and now the staff said they fixed it in a future release. Not sure which one they fixed though.

Edit: just updated to beta 3 of 6.2 and now when I tap the banner it opens up bitesms. Still not able to open the app from notification centre though. It opens pop up. In case you want to upgrade to the beta just add http://cydia.bitesms.com/ as a source in cydia then the update should show up in Changes in cydia. I was told to do this by their staff.
