BIZARRE mobileme issue

since online mobileme support is...shall we say...lacking.
I thought i would see if you fine folks could help me.
to keep it as brief as possible, three of my contacts on my computer/phone, synced via mobileme, duplicate there names, i.e.
"stephen"
will turn into
"stephen stephen"
after i e-mail them....then i have to re-change it back on one of the devices, then next time i e-mail...reduplicates the name again.
any ideas anyone???

Something like this happens to me with my contacts but instead it shows duplicates of the name in a separate contact rather than saying the same name in the "name field".

IDK how to resolve this but by just removing the mobileme syncing that you are using and then sync back

Do you have last names for these contacts? If not, try putting a last name in.
