That dialogue box is really, really strange. I'll be following this thread out of curiosity -- and best of luck figuring out what's plaguing your MB.

Does you machine ever have any contact or have anything to do with Remote Anywhere remote computer administration?

ragui is a component - though usually for Windows.

Going waaaay far out on a limb, it MAY be possible someone is trying to access you machine from Remote Anywhere.

Is this a work machine administered by IT? Do you VNC or do any screensharing?
