Black all over PDF

It has been happening on 10.5 and 10.6, on 2 different computers. I tried redownloading the PDF and same thing. What could be causing this?

Probably a combination of how it's been put together and Preview being what it is. Is this one any better or does it do the same thing? I quickly cooked it up in Acrobat Pro.

Hmmm. Best not to waste time in trying to figure out why; PDFs can be funny things. Download Reader and try that instead.
