Black border on output video from Final Cut Pro

Hiya

I'm fairly new to Final cut and am having quite an annoying problem with some video i'm trying to export!

Basically, I have an after effects video which is 1024 x 576 and I have exported as MPEG-2 DVD.

When I setup a file in Final cut, and drop in my m2v, whenever it is exported, there is a black border around my entire movie. Despite the two composition settings being 1024x576?

Does anybody have any what might be causing this/what I can do to resolve this issue?

It seems whatever preset or setting I use for my Sequence settings there is always a black border around my movie!

Surely I must be missing something? Can anybody help?
