Apple's own profile is causing black crush

using this for example 1-6 i'm not able to see anything. But if i do 'customize preset' and just create default then it creates a good profile, but then i lose brightness adjustment

Worse on my side, (m1 max 14) it's like i'm on a 16-235; whatever the preset, aside for Digital Cinema (P3 - D65).

Tried the calibration videos from HCFR in mp4 and quicktime and it's even worse for black and white clipping. My i1 display pro is unavailable right now but I am very worried for my unit and wondering if I am the only one around here.

EDIT: nevermind, did a factory reset and it's better. crushing at 4 ire. Then realised that contrast was augmented in accessibility menu in source Mac. Setting that is kept after migration to new MBP...

If I go in a dark room I can see 2 and maybe 1 if get close to the screen.
