Black flashes

A few times a day the top and bottom of my screen flash black quickly - not even a full second.
Any ideas of what it could be, or if I can figure what it is?

I ran the Apple Care TechT tool and nothing came up wrong - I have the 2.4Ghz 15" (unibody)
 
Just noticed it only happens when I use the integrated 9400m and not the 9600m gt.
Hmm.
