Dear Mac Rumours,

Whilst we are very happy for our US friends to get notified on the big discounts for BF, any chance you can expand your research with the rest of the planet? :)

We have seen it quite a few times in the past where you only focus on the US market.

Kind regards,
The non-US based audience.

Hey. I am Canadian, so I understand. I think that would be a huge task for us, though, to be honest.

We're working hard enough just to cover the U.S. deals.

Well, I don't know what country you are from, but in most countries there should be at least one dedicated Mac page that provides that information.

In Germany Mactechnews.de was listing all the good deals in different stores.

I can't find any combination of upgrades that come even close to that discount. It looks to me like it's still the standard Expercom savings and nothing special for Black Friday. Am I missing something?

Same here - didn't see that level of savings on any configuration.

I've been looking around at deals, and there's a terrific deal on Google Shopping for HH Gregg on the base model 16" ($2049), but sales tax kills it for some locales (including mine).

It seems Adorama has the same pricing as B&H, and sales-tax-free for most states. Does anyone have any opinion on Adorama vs. B&H? My understanding is that they have both been authorized Apple resellers for quite some time, and I believe both have positive reputations.

Still looking for an Nvidia option for CUDA.

Adorama is fine. I've ordered from them and from B&H with good experience from both. Actually been to the B&H store in midtown Manhattan back around 2000 or 2002.

Oddly, Adorama has the 16" MBP, 1 TB, i9, 8 GB graphics, silver on sale for $2,595. $100 cheaper than the 4GB version. Wonder if it is an error? Grab it while you can!! Expires 12/1.
