Title says it all. Looking at purchasing a mbp in the next week or so, and every dollar counts.

Since I'm not in the states, would this sale still apply?

There were discounts last year in Europe so you're probably lucky.
Anyway student discounts are up to 10% off and that's a pretty good save.
As far as I know Apple doesn't combine both student and BF discounts.

Not sure, but Apple doesn't give big discounts on black Friday.

A discount is a discount buddy. I'm not one of those guys that splurge all my money buying every model of Mac because I label myself an 'enthusiast' and really need 20 machines at home that have the capability to do things 20x more intensive than my needs.

They also don't give any kind of student discount on top of refurbs, correct?
