I'm not sure if this will be similar to Amazon's deal about a month ago, but I was never able to use the $10 or $15 promo code. Amazon said it didn't qualify for several purchases I attempted to make with it.

Just something to keep in mind.
Usually it has to be 'sold and shipped by amazon' in the item description which can limit your choices quite a bit

I had several of those types of transactions, the code was accepted but said it did not qualify for my purchases, and then it expired. Not that big of a deal, didn't technically "lose" anything, but I don't think I'll be doing that again.

I can't quite remember how I did it last year, but the Apple Card is tied to my AppleID. I need to use my login credentials to check the balance. I think maybe when the email code comes, you have to use your AppleID to activate it, so maybe there's still a chance that the code can get intercepted before you have a chance to redeem.

Yes, but you would have to purchase it at an Apple Store or Apple.com

Last year, you were able to purchase more than one. We purchased eight $100 cards.

Unless they changed the rules, yes. See above answers.
Yes, there is a chance someone could intercept the email with the link to the gift card. You don’t have to apply the code to your AppleID. You can keep the code(s) separate and use them like gift cards. Benefit of adding them to your AppleID is that you reduce the timeframe where someone can steal the code from your email.

They limit one per customer. They have changed this recently. I used to buy ten of them or more each, but I cannot do that anymore.

Oh, if there is such a limit then it seems like buying a $500 Apple card is the best option. It adds two $15 Target cards to the cart (why not 5 though :( ) .
upd: the second card disappears from the card after a few seconds for some reason.

You can buy as many as you want in the store as separate transactions and you will get $15 for each gift card. I got 10 $100 gift cards today and every one received the $15 Target gift card.

Thanks @GDF , I am not too sure about buying them in store because of all the scam reports related to Apple Gift cards. Seems like it's safer to buy them online.

I am not sure how they can scam they anymore. There is a sticker on the back of the Apple Card that you have to pull off to activate them to your account. But, who knows with scammers.

At least for the Apple Gift cards that they sell at Walmart, the card itself is inside of a cardboard envelopes with a "tamper-proof" tearaway strip to get into the card. There is a number on the outside for the cashier to scan, but it would be obvious to everyone it the card had been compromised.

I guess a scammer could have empty cardboard envelopes that look just like the Apple ones, and a way to duplicate the number on the envelope for the cashier to scan. I think there would be easier ways to scam a gift card than this.

Seems like it's safer to buy them online. Can you show me the link of Apple offers so that everyone can see
