iPad mini Black Friday, Target, and the iPad Mini w/ Retina

So I noticed on Target's Black Friday ad that when you buy any iPad Mini, you get a $75 store gift card. Do you think that Target will have at least some Mini's w/ retina by this time and if so, do you think that those models will qualify for the gift card also?

I know it is hard for anyone to say, but I'm more looking for opinions or guesses.

Yes, they will qualify. Yes, they will be as readily available as ice cream stands on the sun.

I think I'm going to just wait it out and take the chance of it being in stock at Target. It's worth the $75 (if they have it at my local Target that is).
