Hell, why not just strip the iMac and replace it all with carbon fiber with lots of scoops.

And some racing stripes to lower wind resistance - or perhaps instead, circuit resistance? Nah, that would be a bad idea...

Hmm, and how about a NOS kit to provide momentary speed boosts up to 2.0 GHz? ;)

Yep, it's paint alright.

Man are you kidding ... it was a series about a talking car ... it was Mister Ed for the 80's  :D

Did you not see my little ;) in my post? I was just joking around, I wasn't a huge fan of it myself. Of course, now that I'm thinking about it again, and that catchy theme music, and the "turbo boost" which made the car jump... come on, that's pretty classic!

I supppose you didn't like The A-Team, either? ;) :D

Black or white, this design of the iMac will pale in comparison to the new G5 iMac design when it's released. I am cautiously optimistic for WWDC, but I won't be surprised if nothing is mentioned - it will be coming soon though!

Even though I'm not a big it, you couldn't really call that 'cool' or a 'mod' untill you paint the fan blades on the inside.

Isn't this the model where the G5 water cooler came from. :D

Although the black is cool, I would much rather stick with a 'normal' colored iMac

I agree. Normally I'm one who prefers colors, and not "plain old" black, white or grey, but there's just something about Apple's design and style that makes me love my pure white iMac and iPod!
