All iPads Black iPad scuff?

Will the black ipad air/mini scuff like the iphone 5 did? Or has the new "space gray" color fixed that problem? It should be similar with the 5s but worried about using this without a case on at all times now unlike previous gens :/

It's not the back metal that's the issue. At least not on my iP5. It's the shoddily painted chamfered edges.

I doubt it. It doesn't seem like the edges are as sharp.

It does not appear to on the iPhone 5s.

The black mini 1 is a tough black ha surface. Mine held up to a year of heavy use. Assuming the 2 is the same, it should do as well.

Yea scuffing as in the metal finish on the chamfered edges wearing off. it was a big known problem on the iphone 5 black
