    Hello,

I plan to upgrade the hard drive of my black MacBook.
I currently have the following configuration :

    Intel ICH8-M AHCI:
    Vendor: Intel
    Product: ICH8-M AHCI
    Speed: 1.5 Gigabit
    Description: AHCI Version 1.10 Supported
    Hitachi HTS542525K9SA00:
    Capacity: 232.89 GB

I think I can get little bit more performance with a 7200 r/min. My question is which type of disk can I use? Sata1, 2, 3, SSD??? Can you recommand one?

    Thanks a lot !
    Vincent
