Hi
I've just installed windows through bootcamp, it goes through the main process, but after the first reboot when it tries to go into windows, it just shows a black screen. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit on an i5 27inch late '09 imac.
Any ideas?

I had this problem when I was installing XP via Boot Camp. My problem turned out to be that I was not formatting the Windows partition in a way that made Windows happy. I would go through the setup process, then get to that magical reboot and bam... black screen.

I think I got it to work when I did the FAT32 choice for reformatting the partition instead of the other choice you have. Try to change your reformatting for the Windows partition in the install to that.

I don't even think it's possible to install Windows 7 on a FAT32 partition, but at the very least I wouldn't recommend it.
