iPad Air Black screen iPad issue

Hi everyone,

My iPad is not going out of black screen, the touch screen is responding but can't make it restart or anything, tried to force restart and all.

The thing is when I connect it to a computer monitor the lock screen shows up but I can't unlock it from there. Like it stuck on a two screen configuration or something. The mouse is responsive on the computer monitor but can't do anything.

Anyone has a solution?

Connect to a computer and restore firmware? If that still doesn't work, then maybe a DFU mode restore?

Is it still under warranty? If yes, then bring it to Apple if all else fails.
