This ever happen to anyone? My screen goes unresponsive from time to time however I can tell the phone is still on by switching it to vibrate. I can get it to turn back on by restarting the phone (holding the power + sleep button until Apple logo shows). Any reason this may be happening?

BTW I have a 4S with 5.0.1 JB.

My 4S phone does this occasionally.. not jail broken and occurs with all version of iOS 5. I've known other 4S phones to do this too.

Thought about getting it replaced but don't want to end up with a broken pixel lemon ( which Apple won't exchange ).

Damn that sucks. Definitely don't want to risk taking it in and getting a 4S with 5.1 on it. Can't live without JB. Guess I just have to live with it.
