Black screen on 2011 iMac

My imac has a black screen. At the startup I'm hearing the chime sound but can't see anything.
I saw my logic board and I check that it has 4 leds (green). I bought a new led cable but no effect.

Is my screen dead?
Is my gpu dead?

iMac mid 2011
