I have had a problem for several days. It usually happens to me twice a day or so. The fact is that the Iphone when performing a drive puts my screen in black with the circle of the middle rotating, for one or two seconds, and then returns to the normal screen. I've erased and restored backup and it's passed me again. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and the latest version of IOS. Someone else's wrong?

Could be a hardware fault, wouldn’t hurt having apple check it out.

I'm having exactly the same problem! I don't know which app is causing this or if iOS itself is in trouble, but during use in some apps, the screen turns black, a loading circle appears for approximately 2s and it closes all apps that were open in the background.

Exactly the same as me. Yesterday I restored the phone and the same thing continues to happen to me. It's not annoying since it happens once a day or two, but it's rare. Let's see if it solves with the next IOS output. If you manage to find out the problem, let me know

It just happened to me again, this time with Whatsapp, two seconds and back to the main screen. Do you know if restoring and not loading the backup will happen the same thing?

Exactly! It usually occurs once or twice a day. However, it hasn't occurred for days. Something tells me to be WhatsApp, since it is completely full of bugs for me, such as not loading stickers, not receiving messages automatically, needing to open the app to receive all messages, etc. But if I find out something, I'll let you know here. Let's wait for iOS 14.5 and hope they fix.

How long did it happen to you for the first time? Now that you say whatsapp, I updated it 4 days ago. It's happening to me right since then. It may be related to whatsapp like you say

I'm almost sure this started to happen after the last WhatsApp update, but not always that it happens, I have WhatsApp open. However, I believe that, even in the background, an app can cause this.

Search recent WhatsApp reviews in the App Store. There are a lot of people complaining about the latest update, saying that the app is restarting the iPhone, freezing when searching for stickers, closing alone, etc.

Me too! Software-Bug, but i had it once in Twitter. Maybe they include the same library (for example, like the case where Facebook-SDK had a problem some years ago and all Apps using it crashed).

And what was the solution? It's clear that there is some corrupt application. And it looks like it's whatsapp. Whatsapp reviews give similar errors. What happens to me is also happening using other applications
