Black screens going up at Apple Stores

how are they managing the lines in malls? I'm sure neighboring stores aren't letting them just block their entrance, so are the lines forming outside or something??

I was just out at the mall here in Dublin, CA and they have the black rope like stuff up along the other stores, but they break where their entrances are. It was kind of funny to see people LITERALLY camping out (blankets, chairs, everything).

Somebody may have even had a grill.
