Black Spots on Unibody Macbook Pro

And if so how much would it cost to replace?

I don't think anybody has had their unibody MBP long enough to say.

I would assume that the unibody's would be vulnerable to the same problems as the black spots is just the finish wearing off from use.

How much would it cost to replace? Alot.
The unibody doesn't help - you'd have to replace the entire bottom casing.
