Black square in Home button

    Hey,
    I don't actually own an iPhone (yet), but after looking at all the pictures I can't help but notice the black square in the Home button. Is there any use for it? To me it looks a lot like Kazimir Malevich's "Black Square" painting that symbolized Suprematism and a new age of art...kind of like the iPhone symbolizes a new type of cell phone. Maybe Ives appreciated Malevich's simplicity in his art and thought he'd put it on his own. Oh well, just thinking and I thought I'd point out my observations. :)

    Haha, but at least I didn't say there was an iSight in there. :p

    it is the same shape as all the buttons on the home screen.

    Certainly the iPhone creates a sense of eluting pure culture, but it is merely a black colored button. A grand observation indeed :eek:

    While I think they would have found the isight in the chip level tare down, it is odd that the white outline on the home button is the exact same size and shape as the isight housing on the macbook ...
