Black SS with different straps

I just recently ordered a Black SS and was curious to know what strap cobinbations people are using with their black SS.

When I did own the black stainless Watch, I paired it with various sport bands (Royal blue and white), black and stainless steel link bracelets pair well.

Also, there are plenty of third party leather loop colors as well.

Did you move over to the regular stainless? I'm hearing people are going from the Black SS to the Silver SS.

Did you move over to the regular stainless? I'm hearing people are going from the Black SS to the Silver SS.

I did transition over to the regular stainless from the black stainless. The regular stainless has a nice shimmer to it and looks more appealing. My black stainless I previously owned, also scratched and looked horrible, where as the regular stainless can have the scratches buffed out.

Highly recommend the Nomad Leather Strap for Apple Watch with the modern build and obviously black hardware/lugs.

Nomad's website said backordered, and Best Buy had them as unavailable but I went to a Best Buy store and found a couple for purchase. I like it much better than the Classic Buckle from Apple.

You went from normal stainless to black SS?

I just received the black SS yesterday and I'm really liking it. The original stainless really seemed to pop out when wearing it.

The black stainless is nice. It's harder to pair bands with compared to the regular stainless, Which almost any Band pairs with.

no, I just use both but added a SB SS Series 2 as I wanted a waterproof watch. Hermès with leather bands and the SB with nylon and sport bands: best of both worlds 😉

I don't really understand the opinion that SBSS doesn't go with everything. Whereas all the other colors look like a black screen with a contrast bezel, SBSS looks like a solid black object, nearly bezelless. iMhO, much easier to match with any band. I'm not even sure the SS hardware is an issue, as there is really nothing to match.

That said, I'm getting a navy leather loop for mine🙂
