Black window with tasks in Sierra

Just upgraded, everything good except a black window that pops up on the left side of the monitor with all the stuff I'm working on, very annoying because it's hard to get rid of. I have to move cursor into 2nd monitor to disappear it. What is it and how do I disable it? Thank you 🙂
