I love my 2.4 Macbook, but I'm unable to play xplane9 on it.. Is the new base model Macbook Pro 13" a huge improvement over my Macbook..😕

Yes. The graphics chip is 5 times faster.

Just one more question if I can, the link to that forum was dated an 1/22/2009 is the current macbook pro "that" different (processor chips etc) to the one back in Jan?
